Titan Realty Group is a fourth-generation family real estate company, based in Cleveland Ohio.

Founded on the belief that the “future is an opportunity for progress, and the present is the time to do the future’s planning,” I. R. Mintz—a carpenter from Russia—started the Mintz Construction company in 1922. Under the leadership of I.R.’s son Marvin, the company, which built and developed over 1 million square feet of office space in the Cleveland and its first ring suburbs, has helped to define the landscape of Greater Cleveland.

Today, Titan Realty Group is known for its preeminent office, industrial, and retail and flex  properties throughout Cleveland and its surrounding suburbs. With almost 100 years of retail and construction experience, Titan Realty has a unique understanding of the local commercial real estate development and re-development market.
